Cairns Indigenous Art Fair (CIAF) is a distinctive celebration of the Indigenous arts of Queensland. It merges a visual arts market selling works by emerging and established artists in tropical surroundings, enlivened with the music, dance and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Held on the waterfront at the Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal, CIAF hosts art galleries and Queensland Indigenous art centres, side by side, selling and showcasing artworks by more than 300 artists with many on site to talk about their work.

Join us at this dynamic, three-day event that includes a program of free art forums, children's activities, music and dance.

Take part in discussions and forums at the CIAF Symposium, where leading Australian and international speakers, artists and collectors will discuss the success and impact of Queensland Indigenous art.
