CIAF Board of Directors - Expression of Interest (EOI)

Cairns Indigenous Art Fair (CIAF) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified individuals for appointment to its Board of Directors.

EOI Opening Date: 16 February 2026
EOI Closing Date: 28 February 2026
Location: Gimuy/Cairns, Queensland (or remote with capacity to travel)

As an Indigenous-led, not-for-profit organisation, CIAF is a nationally recognised platform for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, committed to cultural exchange, economic empowerment, and artistic excellence. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to CIAF’s legacy as a governance leader and cultural champion.

We are seeking individuals who share CIAF’s vision and values, and who bring skills in areas such as Indigenous arts and culture, governance, law, finance, fundraising, marketing, media, government relations, tourism, and business. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
